Attention all Scrabble players!!

Congratulations to David K. Collins and Madeline K. Collins, winners of The Thayer Public Library's 5th Annual Scrabble Playoff! The playoffs,  for students in grades 5 through 8, were held on Wednesday, April 2nd in Logan Auditorium. 

David and Madeline  competed in the 2008 National Championship on May 9th and 10th in Providence, Rhode Island. They competed valiantly against 104 teams from across the United States.

Meanwhile, you can still practice your Scrabble skills every Thursday at 6:30
at the Library on the Lower Level.  Get a head start on next year's competition!
