The Reference Department of the Thayer Public Library is organized to help you find specific, factual information on any topic that you may need. Whether a business address or critical review, the book value of a used car or the author of an obscure opera, a professional librarian is always available to assist you.

The information available through this department is in the form of books, microfilm, and on-line computer services. Current magazines and newspapers are located in the Main Level's Periodicals Section. Magazines and newspapers from the past year are available in Reference Periodicals Storage while older issues of selected titles - including Braintree newspapers - are on microform.
